I was reading your blogs - I am so "blown away" by what you wrote, videos of the building of your home, etc.  I would love to write a blog, however, I haven't the slightest idea how to write one starting from the beginning to the very end.  I love to write and am a retired Air Force Administrator (think I might have mentioned that to you sometime since we met through MySpace).  I just wanted to say that I am thoroughly impressed by all that you have provided.

Andy:  Just thought I would ask you two more questions about your house and your fence.  What was the cost to construct the house and the wall / fence?  What did he charge you for your blueprints?  Thanks again.  How far is your location from Jerry's home location in Makati? Paul  P.S.  I am thinking about using Jerry after getting estimates from other builders.  I like the solid wall construction that he used on your home versus the hollow brick construction that is traditionally used on Filipino Homes.  It's just a hard decision to make and want to make sure that whomever I go with does the job properly.
