A band raised with the music of Led Zeppelin, Janis Joplin, Black Sabbath, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, and Metallica. Formed in 2002 the members of 4Bitten were playing at a time when the world had given up on rock 'n' roll..... The four came together when Fofi returned to her parents' native Greece, after growing up in Iowa, USA.

Today 4Bitten are based in Greece and are on a mission: To play harder, heavier, and louder, the music that seeps through their veins.

In May, 2008 they participated on a Kiss Tribute Album (organized by the Kiss Army Greece) with their cover of the song "Hide Your Heart". The cd was distributed by ROCK HARD MAGAZINE.

During the summer of the same year, they recorded their first album with the title "No More Sins". The cd was recorded at Soundflakes Studio in Athens, Greece, and mastered at Sterling Sound, NYC, USA. At the end of that year, they closed a record deal with the UK label, Rocksector Records.

The album "No More Sins" was released on April 20th, 2009, and received excellent reviews from the majority of the European press. Immediately following, 4Bitten kicked off their first UK tour, that lead to support slots with Dan Reed (Dan Reed Network), Tygers of Pan Tang, and recently with Blaze Bayley (ex- Iron Maiden front-man)

4Bitten's strongest element, is their live performance. They sweat their music from every pore of their bodies and leave every crowd wanting more.

The band is currently preparing new material, playing gigs as often as they can..... so be prepared to see them soon on a stage near you........
