All festival submissions are due by December 15. Because of the nature of the submission and selection process, New World Arts cannot return submissions to 4f. While we will consider films regardless of location, those shot in Michiana, with Michaian-based casts and crews will be given priority.

Downtown Goshen, Inc. (DGI) exists to ensure the long-term vitality and growth of Goshen’s commercial core. DGI events and programs showcase downtown as a prime destination for shopping and entertainment. DGI operates the downtown Façade Restoration program, Ice Sculpture Festival, and First Fridays.
“First Fridays” is a monthly downtown block party featuring businesses, artists, and entertainers in the heart of the city. The event occurs on the first Friday of each month, throughout the year, between 5 and 9 PM. Gallery openings, dancing, dining, concerts, movies, shopping are all part of the downtown excitement. A performance series features free live entertainment each month.

Kendall Pictures specializes in creating video promotional tools for companies, organizations, and individual endeavors and is not limited to just commercial work however. Its founding members have had extensive experience in creating films, music videos, and voiceovers for both clients and self-expression.
