About 4gla was fun while it lasted

A Fourth Grade Love Affair started summer of 06. Weve made some fun songs, played some sick shows, met some amazing people and bands, and had a blast over the past 8 months. Recently, however, weve decided that it would be in everyones best interest if we left the band where it is now. There were many reasons and circumstances involved in this decision, but in the end it basically comes down to the fact that we cannot agree on anything anymore. We will still be playing our last three shows, but we will not be booking anymore. Also, before our decision to quit we had started writing and new song. Weve decided to finish writing this song and try to put every effort into making it our biggest song containing everyones ideas and ifluences. We are all starting new projects. Dillon is playing guitar in the posipunk band Pitching Tents, Ben is doing vocals with Zac on drums in DEARBERLIN, and Zac is starting work with his grind/thrash band The Taste of Horses. Thanks to everyone who came out to watch us. Sorry for anyone who had to take shit due to us. And everyone who wears our shirts at school just because you saw us play at the talent show. Keep it up.
