About me:

The Mullens 4-H Project FLOW Club meets the second and fourth Wednesday from Jan. 28th - the end of school, from 4-6:30 at the Mullens Middle School. The Club is opened for grades 2-12. High school students will serve as mentors and help prepare a video of the clubs accomplishments and activites. The things that our club will accomplish: Learn about watersheds Clean-up the watersheds Learn about recycling and make cement pavers out of recycled material Plant trees on Earth Day and have FUN! Youth that participate in the club receive service-learning hours towards Project FLOW (Future Leaders of Watersheds). Youth that complete 30 hours of service will receive full scholarships to Hi-Y Camp Horseshoe, partial scholarships to Wyoming County 4-H camp, a ticket to the WV State Fair, and a club trip to Washington, D.C. to speak to representatives about our local watershed issues. Youth that complete 60 hours of service will receive the Presidential Service Award. .. ..

    Youth in middle school (including rising middle school students) are eligible to attend Project FLOW Summer Camp.  The cost is free, Project FLOW is paying for it.  Project FLOW is a program of the Volunteer West Virginia, the state's commission for national and community service Project FLOW


    A free awesome leadership camp with Canaan Valley Institute scientists and Hi-Y Camp Horseshoe Leadership staff.  The camp is in Tucker County.  Check out some where new, meet new friends, and do good work.  

     Middle School is June 21-17.
