Whatever bands we decide! We play covers right now because it gets us money and we get a lot of play time on stage! We mainly play rock music, but we will play whatever makes you get up and dance. Rage Against the machine, Incubus, John Mayer, Sublime, Green Day, Offspring, The Doors, System of a down, Kiss, Korn, Lenny Kravitz, Jet, The white stripes, Blink 182, Black Crows, Franz Ferdinand, Cake, Godsmack, Micheal Jackson, Red hot chili peppers....We do a lot! WE WILL HAVE ORIGINAL MUSIC COMING REALLY SOON!!!!
4 Higher formed 5 years ago with a couple of losers who had nothing better to do, but play the bass guitar (me, chris) and play drums (Dubb or Aaron Davidson). We went on Music Mates which is a wicked cool site and found Sean Walker and a dude named Nate Bender. We pretty much got drunk for the first year in the basement and after geting nothing done we realized that setting rules and goals is most likely the key to success. 4 Higher decided to take a different route towards music then most bands (or musicians our age). We decided to play covers first. We wanted to get paid for our time and more importantly we wanted to play all the time. Most original projects have there quality's, but one of the bad things in original music is not to get paid very much (especially in the begining of the project). 4 Higher is a working band!!!! We will play all night long for days and days. Sean Walker is our former guitar player who stills plays with us, but not very often (he moved far away) and Dubb (Aaron Davidson) also went on to other things (a family and working for a good company). 4 Higher then found 2 very good replacements which are now the current members of 4 higher. Edgar Garza is the new drummer and Dean Cutinelli is our new guitar player. We have a very wide variety of music styles and 4 higher is a win win situation at any bar or venue. All of the members in this band strive on good business values and making music a full time job. We can play private partys, weddings, bars, nightclubs or any venue that wants a high energy band (thanks to one of the best front men in the music business) that is sure to get the cash register happy and the people dancing. We are moving in the direction of writing our own original music which will be posted very soon, but until then please come out to one of our many shows and enjoy colorado's best cover band. What you don't believe me?????? Ok, let me just say that 4 Higher is not the average band that shows up to a job and sets up to play. We bring a beer bong to our shows and fill it to give out to the crowd! We throw party's after 80% of our shows just to hang out with our fans! We give prizes and we play all your favorite hits! When we play music for you we want you dancing and having a good time because being a true musician is not just playing, but entertaining you. It's a party every time you come out to see 4 Higher.
