It all began over in 1995 in the hardcore driven Bronx, NY. 4 In The Chamber started a long road of creating metal-based hardcore music for all to listen to.
Releasing their first EP in 1997, 4ITC began getting responses to their music that would surpass all expectations. After sealing a deal with Kingfisher/Century Media records in 1999 it enabled them to release their full-length debut Existence. Existence was an album that covered dark quarters of hardcore from growing up in urban chaos to unforgiving depictions of social despair. 4 In The Chamber had an abrasive common ground with fans and shows were drawing more people than ever expected with sales [especially in Europe] well beyond imagined. Unfortunately, in 2002, Kingfisher/Century Media dismantled, leaving 4ITC without a label.
In January of 2007, 4ITC released Memories Die. It was a 5-year blood and guts haul getting to fans of heavy music. 4ITC’s songs help define speed and aggression with faster, heavier, insane hardcore breakdowns. The lyrical content is dark and the music will grab you from track 1 to track 11.
In July of 2008, 4ITC released Not For The Weak of Heart. This EP features solid, intense and brutally honest music which is one trait 4ITC never will lose.
Over the years 4ITC has performed in various venues all over North America, Puerto Rico and Europe, playing with hardcore and metal acts like:
Agnostic Front, Sick of It All, Madball, Murphy’s Law, Full Blown Chaos, God Forbid, Sworn Enemy, H20, Merauder, Death Before Dishonor, E-Town Concrete, Earth Crisis, One King Down, Indecision, Billy Club Sandwich, All Out War, Shutdown, Napalm Death, Dog Fashion Disco, Candiria, Mushmouth, SubZero, 25 ta' Life, Diecast, One 4 One, Fahrenheit 451, Vital Remains, No Redeeming Social Value, Wisdom In Chains, Psyopus, Bulldoze, NJ Bloodline and many, many others.
