-"Punkrock is not only a hobby, it's our f*ck%n' passion!" ......This punkrockstory, where did it start?...... ..Lucky Sinners is a 4-piece that originated in November 2008. Shortly after having celebrated their 10th anniversary, well known "bulldozerpunk"-band Koncept decided it was time to call it quits. A couple of months before, streetpunk outfit Violation 13 had already broken up due to personal differences.Sharing mainly the same influences, it was just a matter of time before bandmembers of both bands would talk about forming a new band, a new start..... ....Devlin.. (bass), ..Johnny B.. (drums) and ..Pete.. (rythm guitar) from Violation 13 teamed up with ..Bert.. (drums) from Koncept. Since Johnny B is also a guitarplayer, he was happy to trade in his spot behind the drums for guitar. Devlin did agree to combine bass and lead vocals. Having Bert on drums and Pete on guitar, the band was ready to jumpstart the hotrod machine called "Lucky Sinners"! .. ..The musical style of Lucky Sinners is a combination of all good recipes called: punk, punkrock, streetpunk, oi, rock 'n' roll, hardrock, hardcore and maybe we forget a couple of other sub-genres here... .. ..Bands that have influenced us are among many others especially: Social Distortion, The Bones, Volbeat, Ramones, Born To Lose, Nashville Pussy, Bhse Onkelz, Johnny Cash, Misfits, Mtorhead, NOFX, Rose Tattoo and Spoiler NYC to name just a few... .. ..This cocktail, shaken and stirred, results in a mixture we call "..Hot Rod Rock'n'Roll.." !.. ..In February and March 2009 we recorded our first demo "..All Sinner, No Saint..". Mainly for promotional purposes, this demo contains 5 breathtaking tracks: Highway 66, City Of Sin, Lucky 13, Troublebound and Better Days. The first four songs have been uploaded in our musicplayer for your listening pleasures ! Let us know what you think about 'm!.. ..Fall 2009 wasn't all that good for your sinners, After a dozen very cool gigs, Johnny B decided to quit the band due to personal reasons, we respected his decision but we did not feel the need to bring this band to the graveyard and so we had to go on and find ourselves a worthy replacement guitar player. And to top things, Bert broke his wrist so no drummer for 6 weeks was the verdict. ..In the meantime we started searching for a new guitar player, and after a couple auditions from some very talented guitar players we stumbled upon Peter A. He already had a bunch of band experience and his style of playing was of the jawdropping kind. So after a few pints we decided he was the man for the job and when Bert's wrist was cured we started rehearsing like hell again to get this shit back on track. 2010 was a good year for lucky sinners, we played a shitload of shows all over belgium we almost finished recording our first full -cd wich we hopefully can release in 2011, also there will be a few very cool shows in 2011 but more on that later. Now we are getting ready again for another round. Gigs are starting to roll in again but if you think we are a bunch of cockass egotripping asshole sons of bitches who are to good to play at your party ,you are wrong, so don't hesitate to give us a call.

This punkrockstory, where did it start?

Lucky Sinners is a 4-piece that originated in November 2008. Shortly after having celebrated their 10th anniversary, well known "bulldozerpunk"-band Koncept decided it was time to call it quits. A couple of months before, streetpunk outfit Violation 13 had already broken up due to personal differences.Sharing mainly the same influences, it was just a matter of time before bandmembers of both bands would talk about forming a new band, a new start...

This cocktail, shaken and stirred, results in a mixture we call "Hot Rod Rock'n'Roll" !

In February and March 2009 we recorded our first demo "All Sinner, No Saint". Mainly for promotional purposes, this demo contains 5 breathtaking tracks: Highway 66, City Of Sin, Lucky 13, Troublebound and Better Days. The first four songs have been uploaded in our musicplayer for your listening pleasures ! Let us know what you think about 'm!

Fall 2009 wasn't all that good for your sinners, After a dozen very cool gigs, Johnny B decided to quit the band due to personal reasons, we respected his decision but we did not feel the need to bring this band to the graveyard and so we had to go on and find ourselves a worthy replacement guitar player. In the meantime we started searching for a new guitar player, and after a couple auditions from some very talented guitar players we stumbled upon Peter A. He already had a bunch of band experience and his style of playing was of the jawdropping kind. So after a few pints we decided he was the man for the job and when Bert's wrist was cured we started rehearsing like hell again to get this shit back on track.
In 2010 we played all over Belgium and started recording our first full length album, we hope to get it finished in 2011, also a few very cool gigs are confirmed for 2011 so keep your eyes open as we will be posting them soon. Now we are getting ready again for another round, in 2011 you can expect a lot, so don't hesitate to give us a call.
