HI I'M ANTO MORRA, I SING AND PLAY GUITAR WITH THREE DIFFERENT ACTS...
'AKOOSTICK FUEL' is a duo with multi instumentalist and solo recording artist Wendy Benefer. We formed in May 2006 and play self penned songs as well as popular song by all sorts of bands from the Velvet Underground to Abba.
'PLASTIC PATRICK' is a Duo formed in Aug 2006 with a young man called Brendon Mutimer on Tenor Banjo, Fiddle & Mandolin. Together we belt out all the traditional Irish pub standards as well a contemporary Irish songs and ROLLOCKIN' tunes.
'WHIRLIGIG' are a three piece Ceilidh/Barn Dance Band formed in 2004 with Chris Farnham on Double Bass, Wendy Benefer on Fiddle, along With Simon Hallett Calling the dances.
I have been performing in public for 20 years now and did my first gig at a club in Kings Cross (LNDN) called Merlins Cave back in 1988 with a Rock band called Zilch. I love playing Folk clubs and Functions but hate playing pubs where people just want to drink and chat and can't be arsed to listen to ya.
