Mamma Highdi here, Yorok Babe and I just got back from yet another fantastic show at the Fat Cat. Presented by Jenifer Alsup and Shalyn Nichole to celbreat Shay's birthday. Band featured for the night were our own birthday girl followed by Asigo and Funky Tim. Headliner was the always rockin Strange Brew with special guest singer, Lauren Willis, which brings us to our featured topic...This months Modesto's most wanted. Lauren Willis, one of Modesto's finest, a diva in her own rights, lead singing for Wicked HIckie and now teamed up with The Dubious Groove to become Buddas Priest. Lauren Willis, to describe her myselft, I would say the she is a mix between Heart and Pat Bentatar. Small package with a voice of thunder. She is beautifull and devoted to her music. I believe Lauren Willis could be a name to listen for as she creates her own history. So continue to stay tuned for more about Lauren Willis, as I will be featuring her as my first personal peice on our PTA Mamma's by day and Rock and Roll Mamma's by night.
