My Pet Family Documentary's Blurbs

About me:
WE are a small group of passionate film and documentary makers telling the story of ‘extreme’ animal lovers. People who take care of, love and care for a high number of pets. MY PET FAMILY (http://www.petfamily.org/) ; a new documentary that will focus on animal lovers and the extremes they go to, to care for, protect and defend their four-legged companions. We will tell stories of select individuals who feel a compassion for animals that leads them to put their life and lifestyle at risk because they fell if they don’t, who will? By telling your stories we hope to encapsulate the frustration, desperation, joy, love and hope experienced while caring for a large number of animals. We will offer validation to those who face the same experiences, as well as provide a more layered, compassionate representation of animal care to the general public.

Who I'd like to meet:
We are looking to find courageous individuals who are CURRENTLY struggling with the care of a large number of pets on a daily basis. Candidates should be willing to share their unique stories with brutal honesty. Please consider participating in our project if: • You have more animals than you feel you can take care of. • You feel ‘overwhelmed’ by the day-to-day task of caring for your brood. • Caring for these animals has caused a major disruption in your daily life and lifestyle. • You can speak candidly about your CURRENT experiences. If you are interested in applying to be a part of this project, please send us a bref paragraph about yourself and your situation. Be specific about the number of animals in your family. Include all contact information and any pictures that illustrate your joys AND struggles. Send email to casting@petfamily.org

I think today I will just cuddle up at the end of Mom and Dad's bed in a blanket they left for me to cuddle up in. Pretty soon it will be time for Mom to turn on the fireplace, I can't wait.
