About me:
I'm a writer and illustrator hard at work in animation, comics, and gaming. Nickel-Dime Diaries is an independent comic I started four years ago chronicling life in Oakland, CA. As I gear-up to debut 510 nationwide in 2009, I'll post more artwork and unpublished strips here on MySpace. You can also check out my website. So peep game and leave me some feedback--MANG.
Who I'd like to meet: Patricia Williams, Aisha Tyler, Kayce Freed, Teresa Strasser, Shira Lazar, Liz Habib, Alison Bailes, Peggy Hill, and Lucille Ball.
We are glad to announce the launch of the new Otaku Magazine issue, which has the theme “THE END OF THE WORLD” and encompasses various themes, from Godzilla and Gundam, to otaku survival methods. (more info: otakumag.com)
If they were "Fired" then how come they are still under contract and still getting paid?
Also, please back up how they were "fired" before the station switched formats when they were still on the air in the very last hours the station was talk.
I didn't really mean they were "on break" as in on vacation. I meant they were in between gigs. They are unable to accept any other offers while they are STILL UNDER CONTRACT WITH 97.1. They will, un-doubtedly, get a slot again on another station. I am willing to bet on it. Even if they didn't get the ratings they once got when Howard Stern was their lead in, they were still ratings grabbers moreso than any other radio talk show in their time slot in this market.
Still, please prove to me that they were actually FIRED before the station switched and that they are no longer under contract.
