I have to tell you that in the 10 years I have been with Chuck, he has always claimed to be an environmentalist but insists on sitting on the crapper and reading while letting the shower run hot water for 30+ minutes. For the life of me I could not break him of this habit. Since meeting you he has been inspired and actually stopped this! He will I can't believe it. He will talk about you when he talks about not running the shower. Next stop, getting rid of the little bottles of water. Congrats you environmental muse you.

Yep, I'm doing the 3-day, though I'm not sure when I'm going to have the time or energy to train for it. The job is going well, but kicking my ass. And as for free time, lemme get back to ya. This weekend is all filled up with grandpa's birthday dinner's, breakfast with the easter bunny, and irish parade's.

thanks for the helpful hints dude. I'll defintely have to check out those yoga dvd's because I'm obsessed. Although it is hard sometimes to find room in my apartment for yoga. Sometimes I kick over the lamp or hit my head on the bookshelf. I need to de-clutter some more. If you want you can try and run 10 miles with me on memorial day weekend. I know they have a 10 mile run at soldiers field and you get a free t-shirt and beer afterwards.
