    yes we bought the 4 year warranty to cover the bulb when we bought it. now they are saying i'm going to have to fight with the warranty company in order for it to get fixed..big big bitch letter to corporate best buy coming after they fix the tv may not get fixed this week..we are currently watching a 20 inch :-(

    i'm disappointed cuz i have a $2000 paperweight in my house right now..the tv blew up after having it a year and best buy can't come out 4 a week b/c they have to have 'special permisson' from the warranty co to fix the $300 bulb..i'm kinda p/o'd
