The obvious choice would be Uncle Ron. You'd think that he was washed up and couldn't fight anymore, and then the final scene would consist of him totally thrashing the lead villian. Think Yoda in Episode II.

What if we did a ninja movie instead? Where we trained with some old ex-ninja (who happens to be our grandfather) and then took out some crime ring? I'll be Rocky, you can be Colt, and Paddy will play Tum Tum.
