Bio
.. .... "House of Wires was one of two experimental synth-pop projects that southern California musicians Jon Sonnenberg and Rob Gutschow formed in the second half of the 90's. Although ostensibly more accessible than the underground.. Pivot Clowj.., House of Wires featured a similar, minimalist sound and was notable for Sonnenberg's downtempo vocals, quirky synth and electronic effects. The duo also frequently incorporated other sounds not frequently associated with synth-pop, including jazz, classical and polka, and their style was sometimes described as "what the Beatles may have sounded like if they had made it to the 80's." ..Taken from Automata Online.. We'd like to thank all of our fans throughout the years for their support, it's really meant a lot to us. Thank you!.. Coming soon - updates on our solo projects -
