She was 11, but it was unexpected. Apparently she had a blood clot that cut off the circulation to her legs. :( She was paralyzed from the waist down when I took her to the emergency room. The treatments would only work for 2 weeks before she went back to the same state. So it only made sense to let her go. :( It was the right decision though.

dude she's been sick as hell, came out of nowhere...they think it's cancer, which is what her brother died from..but shes been at the vet for the past couple days having more tests done so we're just waiting to see what happens. it sucks:[

Of course I feel guilty on days I don't workout but I don't beat myself up as much anymore when I don't If I beat myself up it isn't just for the ONE day I didn't workout.....I hold a grudge against myself for WEEKS and then that makes me just wanna scarf Taco-Bell which does NOONE any good. If I drink I drink. If I smoke I smoke. But if I atleast TRY to be better and psychologically reward myself when I am good then I find I am more successful than when I beat myself up.
