TRAMPLED UNDERFOOT is essentially the solo vehicle of Guitar Institute of Technology graduate and erstwhile BLACK SHEEP and MOSCOW member Kyle Harrison. Relocating from Los Angeles to his home of Charlotte, North Carolina in 1994 Harrison duly founded TRAMPLED UNDERFOOT. Joining him would be vocalist Shawn Pelata, previously having fronted Christian act ORACLE, bassist Tim Vaughn, keyboard player Kit Allen and ex-BLACK OAK ARKANSAS, MERRY HOAX and CATS IN BOOTS drummer Randii Meers.
The eponymous album of 1998 saw license deals attained with Pony Canyon in Japan and Steelheart in Europe. However, progress was marred when Harrison was forced to undergo surgical treatment for acute tendonitis
Trampled Underfoot's sound can be only described as METAL
Great debut-album from a "real" Metal act from USA featuring the shining talent of the guitarist Kyle Harrison!
Solid riffs, awesome guitar-work, powerful vocals, first-class musicianship, brilliant songwriting... that's what a Metal album should be !
- The Cd will please any real Metal-fan, showing the best elements taken from the songwriting of classics Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Savatage!
- European edition with a different track-list + revised artwork and a full colour 16 pages booklet.
Formed in Charlotte, NC in 1994. With a "take-no-prisoners" True Metal stance, Trampled Underfoot took its cues from classically influenced, European Power Metal, covering the time honored territory of poetic rock, with sharp literary wit.
Music released in Asia on Pony Canyon and Europe on Adrenaline.

And for all the inspirational music you have given us! What I leave today stands small compared to your magical gift. However...here's a token of electric, positive light!~!"-) ............................
