Niall is a singer songwriter from Dublin.He now lives in New Zealand for the last 2 years,and has managed to get some serious gigs since his arrival.Awakened to the whole singer songwriting business by the now well reknowned Paddy Casey,some 10 years ago,he has matured onto the scene with great enthusiasm.
Since arriving in New Zealand he has supported some major bands such as the Feelers and Opshop. In December he travelled back home to his native Dublin,and played on an amazing night of talent,for the Simon community,which included Paddy Casey,Declan O Rourke,The Rags,TheWest 70s,and Sinead Martin.
His songs are deep and passionate,rebellious and uncompromising.Touching on ideas where many fear to go,he lays his heart and feelings on the line without hesitation.
His gigs are a roller coaster ride of emotions,with hard hitting lyrics and cracking one liners,acompanied byJohn Bridgens and Nick Jones on guitar and fiddle.They have just formed a new group called The Banned, and there is no such thing as a setlist when these lads get together.It wont be long till they are at greater heights.
