SOL FLO came together Spring of 201o as a three piece acoustic group. Our first performance together was at Groverfest II, Held in Mooresville NC. Sol Flo plays original Songs from Alicia and Garry and who are brother and sister, with the perfect accompaniment of Tasha on the Stand Up Base. Garry does a lot of hip hop acoustic on his own, Alicias music is more acoustic rock/folk, combining the two and adding Tasha on the Base we've found the mix to be a sweet combination. Music that comes straight from the heart and soul with a positive message for all. Sometimes performing as just a duo with Tasha and Alicia, the sounds of this group will surely have you tuning in to sweet melodic sounds that help sooth and heal the body mind and spirit. Newest addition to the band in June 2011is David Moo Young from Jamaica adding more positive energy, with a background in 9 years playing drums for medal. We are at the beginning of a journey together and cant wait to share our music with more and more individuals.
