    my two ipods, my ihome, my mac book (yes, i'm a registered macintosh junkie!!!!). writing music lyrics, singing, musing with my musician father about it, being me, living in the moment as it is, the stillness, the feeling alive and such (listen to spoken tapes by Eckhart Tolle, one of them of which i forgot the title), good food, MUSIC! alternative rock in all forms and shapes, internet radio streaming...and Live 105 (bay area alt rock radio) talk show, very funny....on occasion? plus listening to Eckhart Tolle books on CD and learning to live the very present, although this practice has been VERRRY hard. lemme tell ya though, The Power Of NOW is a phenomenal take on life. whether you read it or would rather have it read to you, i am just mentioning this as a cd worth listening to OR a book worth reading. everything else below is just pure personal satisfactory preferences. um, lol...? :P

    the old avril, apparat, various other ambient/trip hop/experimental dub bands, led zeppelin, garbage, radiohead, blaqk audio, dido, alicia keys, delerium, leona lewis...the list could go on and on if only i remembered more sh*t lolol (yup, atm i don't feel like listing much more as of my update)

  • Movies

    Woody Allen Movies, movies with Tom Cruise or Scarlet Johansson or Ryan Reynolds (funny, the last consecutive two are married now. What a fortunate couple! no joke), those being such as perhaps Collateral, Match Point, and Definitely Maybe (in the order of actors/actresses who acted them). And i shouldn't forget Jim Carrey! Liar Liar, Me Myself And Irene, and Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind--also to mention that one and Science Of Sleep were directed by a genious imaginative director named Micheal Gondry if i'm correct

    well...ummh...fuse? TCM aka turner classic movies--so,so...alright classics from time to time...not much else. don't really like project runway much although the season with that Christian dude blew me AAAWAY. and whenever it's the right season (GO PITT PANTHERS!!!)--the infamous college basketball cult religion. ahahahahhhh

    alright, i don't read many BOOKS. but one poetry book i love in particular and really recommend to just about anyone is...*sigh*...Hallelujah Blackout by Alex Lemon. Great piece of modern poetry writing. (PLEASE go and find it at your local library, just to see if you agree with me before buying on amazon, don't ask why, just a thought) also if you're a devoted DIY indie musician PLEASE GO BUY The Indie Band Survival Guide. i currently haven't read it since i returned it back to the library weeks ago so i don't remember the band members who wrote this phenomenal book so search up the title on Amazon or go on the authors' band's website beatnikturtle.com ...you will find this book to be helpful in all sorts of areas. it certainly was worth reading for the most part.

About me:

i am a psychobitch sometimes, but only when i need to be. i don't bite. i broke up with my bf. and i did something awfully low to lead it on, but that's as far as i'll go from there. i'm hurt, but not enough to let it ruin my life. i'm learning to move on quickly and be in the now, as it were, studying the richly philosophised practices of Eckhart Tolle. this guy is breathtakingly smart. wow. hasn't totally changed my thinking yet BUT, i do have something to change and work towards in life. i love acting, singing, fashion, intellectual movies, good humor, but visual arts, especially graphic design, is my forte. i would like to study photography as well, and possibly model for artists and art-driven photographers who need a subject. i want to create presence as a musican someday, not for the fame, but to create music that spawns over, inspires, and bridges the gap between far and many potential fans of my music. anyway, i love all forms of art, acting, and most of all, MUSIC!!! be it goth, nu-metal, piano rock, post grunge, retro, whatev. if music is your forte let's be friends!! being an artist is great too. art spawns over everything so...any kind of artist is my potential friend ;-) thanks everyone for reading and enjoy myspace, connect with me if you can...-chels of course i'll still need a job to pay the bills and hold me up in the meantime, but it's not to say i won't be enjoying graphic design just as much. for more about me go to facebook, full name, chelsea lamb. ciao for now

    hey man, sorry this reply has taken like my whole life. i totally was going to school for photojournalism, and it was pretty sweet, but then i freaked out and realized that i have no freakin clue what i wanna do with my life. it's scary. i think i might go back to school for writing..because it is like my addiction, but as far as photography goes, i might just enjoy that on my own time, in an un-forced way. my stuff isn't too bad, but it's more of a hobby. i will write a book one day thought...count on that =)

    so what have you been up to? it has been forever. i didn't have trainer...maybe hutter? i dunno. i know we were together at one point in life. regardless, i think we should chill sometime. i heard about project revolution and it definitely did catch my interest. i'm gonna try to make it. take care man. keep rockin hard.


    ps, i really love that kill hannah song, and just them, in general. i was like obsessed back in the day and went to a few of their concerts. they are bomb. your totally right on the music therapy thing too.
