Bio
.. ......Pimp-My-Profile..........I made my myspace layout using Pimp-My-Profile.com.... Australian guitarist Andrew Wrigglesworth crafts an absorbing voyage from stage to studio. Armed with a horde of steel string acoustic guitars (tuned in all different combinations), the complex mechanics of Andrews compositions may go unnoticed on first appraisal; it is not specifically guitar-centric music, it is however accessible, cohesive and very easily digestible. By method, Andrew is a "fingerpicker" guitarist. His roots run deep in the traditionally American style, and to no surprise he has travelled several times to arguably the Mecca of finger picking - Nashville, Tennessee which on each occasion was involved in the Chet Atkins Guitar Convention, where he met and performed to the maestro himself in 1999. The same year at that festival Andrew performed on stage, to a crowd of 5000 eager guitar punters. Andrew has released 2 instrumental albums in the past few years and is currently in the studio recording new pieces for his next album due out later this year. ..CLICK HERE TO BUY A COPY OF ANDREW'S CD 'IN HIS OWN WORDS'.. .. .. .. .. .. -

I just ran across the note you stuck with your gracious track several years ago. Wanted to check in on you and yours, but it seems you're no longer on facebook (grumblegrumble).
It's been well over a year since I happened upon myspace. Kind of strange thinking there's this odd misfit appendage of my 18-22-year-old thoughts floating around on the ol' web.
But I did need to say thank you, plainly, for being a friend these years.
All the best (and many hugs).- ANDREW WRIGGLESWORTH2 years ago
Thankyou Miss Pritcher. I have sent you a long winded email. Check your myspace inbox. xx

Be prepared for a night of exciting tunes, outrageous
tempos, amazing playing and flashy dressing when The Woohoo Revue appear at Open Studio as part of the
Darebin Music Feast on Saturday 5 September. The show starts at 8pm,
admission is $10. The band's last Open Studio show was one very raucous night indeed. This should be a very sweaty one.

Balkan Night at the Forum Theatre Friday 7 August
Big gypsy tunes will echo around the centre of Melbourne on Friday 7
August when The Woohoo Revue head up a massive line up of bands and
DJs at the Forum Theatre as part of the Melbourne International Film
Festival’s Balkan Beatbox Night.
In addition to The Woohoo Revue, the show will also feature such
amazing acts as Vardos, BabaGanoush, 13 piece brass band Opa! as well
as DJ Gabriele Urban Gypsy (PBS Trans Europa Express).
The combined talents of these performers will make this a rampaging
Balkan carnival of oom-pah, gypsy swing and huge brass band sounds.
