About me:
I am finally retired and have the opportunity to dabble in all sorts of things that I didn’t have time to do before, including aggravating young people here on Myspace who think they know everything. I am shocked to learn that some are actually pretty smart. I suspect that some of my colleagues are masquerading as yougsters. Continuing with the theme of aggravating young people, I have started on a new career as a substitute high school teacher. It’s a challenge to get those kids to pay attention. Periodically I have to revert to my drill sergeant mode but I think it’s gong to be fun.

Who I'd like to meet:
I would like to meet a well-traveled intelligent worldly person who is interesting and interested. A person comfortable conversing about anything from the morality of the Soviet Communist system to the impact of religiosity on our society to the comparative advantages of the common law vs civil law legal system. One who is equally comfortable at the inns of court and the ins and outs of French cuisine, appreciates good brandy and can tell the difference between Islay and Speyside wiskey.
