In 1995 Heaven touched me:

Our family, my husband and I and two of
our six children, attended "Renewal"
meetings in Seattle Washington. We had
traveled hundreds of miles in a 15-
passenger van to see this new move
of God. When we arrived, the van
became our motel room (we found
new friends at our first meeting that
allowed us to stay in the parking lot
of their church). The reason for our
journey? To witness a historic revival:
face-to-face.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Since the fall of 1993,
our little church in Northern California
was experiencing a similar visitation from
God.(My wonderful husband Greg was the Pastor
of this humble little A/G Church in Hayfork
California. Hayfork was affectionatley called
"the Heart of the Trinity" because we lived in
Trinity County and the Trinity River flowed
through there. Our little town was located in
the very middle of the beautiful Trinity Forest.
Our neighbor church also had a similar outpouring
of the Holy Spirit the same week during a
Tuesday morning chapel for our Christian School.
We were partners with this neighboring church
called: "The Rock Christian Fellowship"
Pastor Keith and Trish Wright. Together we
allowed the Holy Spirit to "move" in a way
we didn't quite understand. In our effort
to understand we began to read about past
revivals in America. The books we read
described what we were experiencing.
Our neighbor sister church in Weaverville,
Mountain Chapel was contacted about these
events, Pastor Bill and Beni Johnson,
Kris Vallotton. Also the District
Superintendent Earl Johnson, our overseer.
We were a Home Mission for the Assemblies
of God. This "move of God" went on for
several months. We experienced visions
of heaven, waterfalls, a huge River of
God flowing...An amazing peace of the
presence of the Holy Spirit was always
with us, even in that humble church.
Our brothers and sisters in the church
were so touched by the joy of Jesus.
The fruit of all this was our prayer
life: we prayed for the whole world. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And then we heard about "Renewal Meetings"
in Seattle, Washington....)
We needed to know what God was up to!
I missed the first night's meeting, but
came to pick my husband up at 11 pm. However,
the meeting was not over; the prayer teams
were still praying for everyone. When my
husband saw me come into the room he quickly
brought me up to the speaker Randy Clark.
Rushing me up to the front of the line
Greg stated, "You have to be aggressive
around here". Sheepishly, I agreed to some
much needed prayer. "Bless Darlene" and then
POW! I was hit by blue lightning. Yes, that's
the only way to describe it. Blue lightning
hit me from Heaven somehow. My hands started
to "have birth pangs". God was birthing
something in me - Real ART! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I had been an artist all my life, but had
given it up about three years before this time.
Being called "the artist" all your life
is not always the best idea. I was done with it!
Before this night I was content to be a
Pastor's wife and Sunday School Teacher.
I loved teaching the Word of God to all the
children in our little country church in Hayfork.
But, without my permission, God decided
to let something RIP in me. "Rest In Peace"
is what I did then for the next few hours
I lay on the hard gymnasium floor in Heaven. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jesus took me to see many things.
He changed my life that night. He renamed me,
renewed me and called me to pray for the
whole world using Prophetic ART as the vehicle...

Part II ~ 2009 Now. What do we do with this
"fire of God" falling on us? We go. Go into
ALL the earth and make disciples, baptize,
heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out the
evil spirits out of all, basically "shut up hell"
and open Heaven. Our prayer is "on earth...
as it is in Heaven".

It is in South Australia. It is grand! The people are friendly and there is various gardens and craters. There is a lake which is blue. It is like a city filled with country people. =) We just moved here a couple of weeks ago.

During this active and sometimes stressful time of year, let us not forget to keep Jesus (the Reason for the Season) in our every thought, action, purchase and word. If we all do that, just imagine how much more meaningful, peaceful and different our celebration of CHRISTmas will be.
Additionally, we need to allow ourselves to be wrapped in the warmth of Christ's love and presence, and look to HIM for a joyful and purposeful entire holiday season.
In closing i feel your friendship is a gift and blessing from God. I am grateful to HIM for it. I hope and pray you and yours have a merry CHRISTmas. Moreover, may you and your family be abundantly blessed as you celebrate the greatest love gift ever given... Jesus! (John 3:16)
