Django comes from Port Townsend, Washington. Brian grew up in Bemidji, Minnesota. They met in college in St. Paul. They have both spent a lot of time in Cork City, Ireland. As a duo, they have toured extensively in the Midwest. They have also toured in the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast with a lot of lovely festivals in between. FOLKWAX called their appearance at the Boston Celtic Music Fest an "unexpected delight both in musicianship and good humor" while Rambles.net praises their music's "charm and energy".

Hey Brian! I heard that you were going to be in Cork pretty soon. When? I'll be there in January with my two friends Matt and Matt (who you also met at Milwaukee Irishfest this past summer). One of them saw you guys play at Carmody's over Thanksgiving. You guys are great! Keep it up ;)
