You can satisfy every aspect of your house palette in Houston Musically these shindigs can be anything from glitchy electro soundscapes with banging bass hits to jazzy gospel breaks with diva vocals. Skeezer, the newest addition to this colorful and assiduous Houston house scene, does it all.
SkeeZer has quickly made a name for him self in the houston scene. He has basicly played every venue in houston that house music can be heard. He got his start playing at the Eastendboys event like Praia urbana, and playing happy hours with follow dj buddy Esteban Torres ( Soular Grooves). Since then SkeeZer has been very busy. Doing multiply guest spots around town plus running his own monthly. Its safe to say that theres never a dull moment. Currently with the success of Lowlife there are many other side projects to come. Base is one of those projects. Base will focus on a more deeper side of any genre, hiphop, house Dnb. Plus doing Dirty Laundry night with good friend Eddie Spettro every second Thursday of the month at The Social. As well as doing bookings in the upstairs patio at La Strada for the Partyfone and FLUent events.
Being able to play all these events really comes from his ability to play basicly any genre that he feels fits the party. Focusing on a more deeper groove his music will be sure to make you move. Also not afriad of dropping any thing from Techno, tech house or Minimal. He has a wide range of genres and style to pick from. Not believing in sticking to one of type of sound he loves to venture try new things. This is part of SkeeZer’s success is not only playing for him self but for the people out on the dance floor.
SkeeZer has openned for many international Artist like Claude Von Stroke, Oliver Desment, Ken Christensen (ECB), Chuck Love and Dennis Ferrer. As well as dj’ed partys with the likes of DeadMau5, Hipp-E. James Curd, Justin Martin, Jt Donaldson, Pete Tong, David Guetta , and The Martinez Brothers.
With Many more gigs to come its uncertain where SkeeZer will land next. Just be sure that where ever he is playing next to check him out. As there is a reason why SkeeZe has been all over Houston and continues to rock the decks. So keep an eye out and your ear open to see what comes up next.
