Trying to embrace the diversity and not get into
a debate of what is and what is not noise. Who am i missing? This is a
partial off the top of my head list (then alphabetized) of sorta NOISE-ish
anti-musicians, artists, photographers, engineers,
labels, djs, filmakers, writers, venues, promoters, and freaks around
and within earshot of 617 (Boston) and New England.
Granted some of these artists are in nearby
area codes (978 781 401 413 from Lowell to
to Amherst to Providence to Maine) and not exactly pure noise,
so boundaries of styles and location are stretched a bit.
I am not even sure of what exact
area code a lot of you are in.
Not really into starting local New England area code mafia turf war as i am just
just trying to SHARE and UNITE. Hopefully somebody in some of
the other local area codes will start interactive companion New England collectives. Very interested in reaching out to the other area code noise collectives around the world as well.

please get in touch to be included, all are welcome.

Synonyms: clatter, blare, uproar, tumult, clamor, din, hubbub, racket refer to unmusical or confused sounds. Noise is the general word and is applied equally to soft or loud, confused or inharmonious sounds.
