I am Stevie P..... I make music. Allsorts. I Play Guitar, Bouzouki, Ukelele and various other twangy things and I sing. ----I play with a group playing Funked Up french dance music called Green Angels. Here's the line up:- Stevie P-Bouzouki Sam Sastry- English border pipes Gem Quinn- Drums George Arnold- Double Bass For more info-------on Green Angels have a look at their Myspace- www.myspace.com/4greenangels-------- I love the ukelele and have been getting together with other uke players and playing hill billy tunes, old jazz songs and disco. (bit quiet on the uke front at the moment- gis a gig and we'll be there). ------------ Then there's my own songs which I am forever getting round to recording properly. I've finally started recording some of these songs and i even have the makings of a band to go out and play them live.----- These are the true Wriggles of Nen----------- Those of you wondering what a NEN is i shall explain. It's a Japanese word that has no precise English equivalent and it may be translated as "thought impulse" but which has somewhat wider meanings than that. It can be used to refer to a distinctive type of action of the mind. -----------I also play with a good friend Frazer Gordon in a duo called ...It's A String Thing. it has in the past been a trio with Mandy Freewoman on bouzouki... lookout for a new CD coming out at some point. more info can be requested from- http://www.myspace.com/stringthing
