Art (especially movies, music, paintings and sculptures), creativity, the news, human behaviour, the environment externally and at home, style.......
Music
If it's made from the heart it's got a good chance with me.
Movies
My latest absolutely all time favourite is In Bruges. Love it. Then of course there's All the President's Men, The Big Lebowski and for a weep Return To me to mention a few.
Generally if it's sci-fi, animations, gore and films like 'the wedding crasher' it's not for me. Oh, and since The Women Meg Ryan is also a "can't do anymore of her bumbling girl".
Still always check out films with Streep, Mads Mikkelsen, Benicio Del Toro, Gael Garcia Bernal, Tommy Lee Jones, Patricia Clarkson, Jack Nicholson, Nicholai Lie Kaas, George Clooney, Stellan Skarsgaard and if I notice: Olympia Dukakis and Shirley McLaine for the two great ladies they are.
Television
The News (Not Fox) and series such as "imagine" with Alan Yentob. I also catch movie shows and actual film - but it's not a problem if I miss either.
ok, ok - so I watch a soap for some down time too.
Books
I like the books with pages and pages of wisdom. Or the odd one containing someones' life story. Even got around to a few crime novels recently incl. a couple by Donna Leon viz a recent visit to Venice.
Heroes
I guess we are all heroes in some way or carry the potential in us.
About me: Just now I'm focussing on kgn design, a company I'm setting up.
As a Professional Organiser I bring organisation and style to homes which has overcome their owners. Most people have what's needed to achieve this and in the initial process I source few if any external products. I offer a full design service to clients who have grown with the process and feel the need for their homes to reflect this.
I also design solutions for specific problem ranging from an opening tool to bowls to holiday themes, cards and wrapping.
Who I'd like to meet: To those of you who write a wee kind note and who are respectfully getting to know me or sharing a laugh: Thank you -most kind and you'll find I write you back happily.
To others - this addendum: 'Romantic' notes from complete strangers will be disregarded.
It's not that I don't wish to meet someone, it's just that I prefer the long 'scenic route' - heart to pants, not pants to heart.....
About "love kids, but not for me" - If I had found myself in the right situation for a child, it would most likely have happened.
hey you, hope you're well. please forgive another shameless plug, i thought it would be nice to go round everyone individually to spread the word...
