    Okay, so I LOVE to karaoke. I admit it. I like many types of music... soft rock, punk rock, alternative are my favorite... I also listen to some pop, I like oldies and sometimes I like some hip hop, I like limited country music, sometimes I like ska... a capella is awesome. Oo I really like when punk bands redo pop songs.

  • Movies

    I love movies. Favorite: Win a date with Tad Hamilton (I swear you'd love it if you watched it), Fight club, oh and Moulin Rouge Lol... I, however, stink at quoting from movies, remembering specific lines, actor's names etc. Movie references are usually lost on me.

    Siren of Titan. Ender's game (series)

    My mom for raising 6 children by herself and having the courage to continue learning and bettering herself despite the challenges she faced. My brother for being a trailblazer, for taking the initiative and having the ambition to become something great.

About me:

.. I am a graduate student at UC Berkeley, studying education. It will be my 6th year in the area, I hope that doesn't make me fall into a rut. I am actively seeking new things to learn. I love summer: the sunshine, the perceived freedom, the flowers in California :0) When no one is looking, i like to dance. sometimes, when I'm anticipating a conversation, I'll run the outcomes in my head. I really really really really like soup. Its one of my favorites. I do all kinds of random things, I enjoy knowing how to do a lot of things but am not actually extremely good at anything, though I'm working on it. I'm addicted to okcupid, craigslist and xanga. (though not myspace) I own the worlds cutest giant of a kitty. His name is Maxwell and he is king of the cinderblock. I hate to sound like a weird cat lady so young in my kitty career but I think I fall more and more in love with him each day.

Who I'd like to meet:

Hm... I dunno... I guess I'm here mainly to catch up with people from high school, though I know I am doing a poor job of it so far! Also I am here as a way to keep up with the times and stay hip to tina, my sister and Keith my brother. oo also anyone who wants to help me figure out how to pimp up my site without making it annoying.
