Movies
Anything by Tim Burton. ( Nightmare before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, Charlie and the chocolate factory, batman, corpse bride, to name few.) I love comedies because life is dramatic enough. lol. I like movies with Adam Sandler, Will ferrell, steve carell, the blue collar comedy boys ( ron white is the light hair/skin version of my father I SWEAR) lol. I LOVE vampire movies. oh and of course Fight Club. And my movie Kids in America
Television
CSI (only Las Vegas), House, Trauma: Life in the ER, Dexter, Bones, Family Guy, American Dad, Pawn Stars, Simpsons, Greys Anatomy, Boston legal, Mind of Mencia, and almost anything on adultswim or the Discovery channel.
Books
I'm a nerd at heart. My favorite author is Agatha Christie. My favorite book by her is And then there were none also published as Ten little Indians. I enjoy murder mysteries the most, but I gotta say the occasional fantasy is good too. Yeah I read Harry Potter, and yeah I liked it. lol. deal with it!! The best books I read as a kid were The giver, Where the Wild Things Are and The Cat in the Hat.
Heroes
My mom and my grandfather. Anyone that donates to charity anonymously, or who donates that could use some extra money themselves. I don't idolize famous people because there are plenty of people I could actually meet that do extraordinary things everyday.

About me:

UPDATE 2009 Erik and I moved to Nashville in May 2009 so that I could purse my Masters degree (to become an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner). We love it here, and Vanderbilt is amazing. We have finally signed a contract for our wedding. It will be October 30, 2010 in Nashville at a beautiful plantation home called Cedarwood. I do not use this site much anymore. If you would like to stay in contact you can find me on Facebook (hint my last name is Jones, and I am in both the Nashville and Vanderbilt University networks). I have healed well since having the open heart surgery in 2006 (About as well as u can be after going though something like that).
