| | Television | Can't find much here...basically I am uninterested in what is offered...The best shows usually get cancelled. I actually tuned in for "Arrested Development" Is this stuff just too funny for people too handle?
I like "Scrubs" and I can't believe it is still on!

I love all sports...and can watch almost anything...except poker...What is up with that? C'mon this is ESPN. I remember many "historic moments" in sports I have seen over the last 30 years...the most vivid memory and tragic: Hanging out watching that Monday Night Football game in 1980 when we we were told in the middle of the broadcast that John Lennon had been murdered. | | Books | I have read lots since I was little and have enjoyed many genres. I guess I should give props to: the Bible, the dictionary and the thesaurus...then Edgar Alan Poe, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Ben Franklin, Thomas Paine, and Mark Twain...Thoreau and that group... the Beat writers,Hemingway, Hunter S.Thompson, Charles Bukowski, Vonnegut,... There must be others.

About me:
I am 47 years old and I have been married to Nancy for 13 years.
We have a beautiful son Samuel who is three and a half
I am the Director of Christian Education at Cocoa Beach Communtiy Church.
This is the third church I have served (United Church of Christ)
I love my job because I get to spend more time with children and youth than I have to spend with adults. Adults are OK...I am one, but they get tiresome...
But I wouldn't want to be a a teenager again.
(Well maybe for a weekend, and have my car and my money)
So I guess I get to.........Live in my world. Play in theirs
