Two meringues , the zest of a ripe lemon , a thinly sliced skin of a pineapple and a slightly soiled pebble blended for no longer than 3-4 seconds , placed in small kiln for no longer than 1 & a half minutes , swiftly removed finally to remain at the back of a freezer for a period of up to (but no longer than) 3 - 35 years ...
In lots of bands . Toured , got bored ... then did our own thing for a while . This stuff was all recorded in the mid nineties & so might sound a bit past it's 'sell by'. Did some remixes for the likes of Robert Wyatt , Manic Street Preachers etc. etc. but extenuating circumstances meant that we had to place PMFf in a dark , dusty corner for an extended rest ... Oh well ... plenty of material but we've been waiting for the right time to unleash it on the general populus . Found MySpace & thought we'd put some of the old tracks on it to see if there was any reaction to it . If so , maybe we'll dust PMFf off & kick start it again sometime . No shortage of "special" guests willing to lend their rich and varied talents ... but when we finally get around to it we want to do it our way with no outside pressures ... you know ... the usual thing . So to anyone that stumbles on this page and gets anything from it ... cool ... Welcome to the wonderous family of PMFf ! Take your shoes off ... rest a while ...

Dust em off bro, this music is great... I love the feel and flow of the songs and the vocals sound wonderful.... I don't think the music sounds dated at all.... It beats the hell out of what is sold today as cutting edge.... This is the kind of sound that you can listen to over and over without feeling that you have heard it before....
