    Ashley Dupré is a Weekly Advice Columnist for The New York Post. You can catch her "Ask Ashley" advice column every Sunday in the Pulse's Meat Market section. Ashley was made infamous, not famous, by the Elliot Spitzer scandal. It is nothing she hoped for and nothing she takes pride in. She is, however, very proud of the person she has become since that scandal. Closing the door on that chapter of her life with great integrity, Ashley has moved on to be a positive force for people of all ages by taking her experiences and using them to help others lead better, more productive, fulfilling, positive lives. Ashley has been a guest on "The View", "The Joy Behar Show", "Issues with Jane Valez-Mitchell" and "Geraldo at Large", as a NY Post Advice Columnist, giving advice on current news and hot topics. Ashley was also asked to be a guest on "Dr. Phil" to give personal advice to help a woman from making a decision that would change the rest of her life for the worst. Ashley has always had a passion for music. Currently she has two songs that are available to be purchased on itunes. "I Feel So Alive Without You" and "Inside Out". She has taken a break from recording while she pursues other things like her NY Post column, and her new show on VH1 called Famous Food. Ashley also recently was certified through NYU as a NY state real estate salesperson and is researching and pursuing investment opportunities in this field. Ashley is now contemplating going back to school to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker so she can help kids from making life altering decisions as she once did and counsel not only the kids, but their parents on how to get through to their children and what they are doing wrong on their end. Being that Ashley has a much better understanding of this, having gone through what she did and seeing how her therapist helped her through emotional time periods in her life, this is something that interests Ashley very much because she is passionate about it and emotionally connected to the subject. In her personal life Ashley enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, family, friends and her boyfriend. She has taken up cooking and might want to parlay her love of food and her experiences in "Famous Food" into one day opening her own restaurant/lounge.
