Sounds Like
We've been told we sound simliar to moe, The Doors, Widespread Panic, Jefferson Airplane and we take that as a compliment.
6 Again formed when Jeff and Rob, who were playing in the band Payper Jam/ Mr. Woody, began writing original material and wanted to get it down on tape. Payper Jam had lost it's drive and members were going their own direction so Jeff and Rob took the songs they had written and headed off to Bright Audio to record acoustic versions of the songs. After working with Brian DeBruler they decided that they needed to advance the recording into a full fledged project thus they enlisted their former drummer, James McKinley, from the Payper Jam/ Mr. Woody lineup.
The project began in June of 2004 and was progressing slowly with only three members trying to hold down all the recording duties. After a search of the local area Scott Frade was enlisted to hold down bass duties and the recording process finished in May of 2005.
This release is the first studio CD by these four well rounded musicians on Sol Records. The 11 song disc takes you on a roller coaster ride through some emotions and times that have brought the members some highs and lows.
