6:AM is an all original hard rock band Founded by Johnny in 1999 and based out of San Jose, 6:AM has been rocking the bay area for over 7 years(off and on). Their music is an obvious mixture of each of the member's unique musical style and influences...ranging from classic rock, 80's metal, Straight ahead rock of the 90's and far beyond. The bands musical D.N.A. is made up of solid Bass and Drums, Catchy, dirty Guitars riffs and rich powerful vocals.

On November 3rd, 2008 Cheng was seriously injured in an automobile accident. Since this time he has been in a coma and the expenses for medical care have taken a toll on his family. Cheng's personal house was just foreclosed on and his dog was given away. All door profit will go to the Cheng family for the medical bills.
