How come the simplest of things in this world are always the hardest to do, well like it or not quitting smoking is one of those things and I know people need all the help they can get to do that. So here's a website I was given to help kick the habbit. A friend of mine used this site to quit smoking and she said it was amazing, so why not give it a go.
