Ok, so I'll admit to reading Harry Potter I through VI. Better than I was expecting. Biggest upset was Dark Tower VII - I thought King could have done better w/ the ending. | | Heroes | My paternal grandfather - the son of Sicilian immigrants who could barely speak English, he lived a full, honorable, and admirable life of 80 years, an amazing marriage of 61 years, a family he was proud of, and enjoyed the fruits of his labor. |

Of course, they're not all-inclusive, and I don't match them 100% - but it's a good start.
As with everyone else, I have my own set of contradictions: fiercely logical and question/examine everything, yet readily submit to true authority; tend to have a perfectionist streak, but am able to laugh if things turn out terribly wrong; enjoy solitude and could withstand years of solitary confinement, but yearn for someone to compliment me and share my life with; a strong balance of cold, calculating intelligence with expressionistic passion and fearless creativity; prefer humility, but not afraid to stir things up every now and then; always wanting to tweak things to make them better, but also hold fast to rich traditions.
