Lead by a powerful voice and undeniable presence from CHRIS NING, VII Days II Perfection (also known as 7D2P) are bringing back the
powerful blend of hard rock and classic rock in a big way. Playing shows

THE BAND
CHRIS NING (Lead Vocals) - Inspired by the likes of Led Zeppelin and all of classic
rock’s prestigious rockers. He is a front man of his
own. He commands the stage with intense energy and life. His desire and
passion for music is more than evident on record and on stage.
ALAN KULKA (Lead Guitarist,
Vocals) - Brought up classically trained,
a profound paramount of
guitar. He is, without a doubt, an
electrifying character on stage, and a creative artist behind the scenes in the
studio. The music he writes is constantly being dissected and re-worked as he
incorporates a vast understanding of musical knowledge.
JACK (Rhythm Guitarist, Vocals) - Brought up vocally-trained and
privately-trained on guitar with an extraordinary imagination for music.
Inspired by just about everything, mainly driven from story-telling and acoustic
genres. However, rock music is his muse and energy.
JUSTIN MARTINKO (Bass Guitarist, Vocals) - Heavily trained for the bulk of his years in Bass
Guitar and a virtuoso at Violin (sorry ladies, he’s taken) He brings a heavy
backbone to the stage with face-melting bass lines that will crush you.
JEREMY KLEYNHANS
(Drums) - Drummers don’t get enough of a spotlight, but these sticks definitely
do not dissapoint. He has amazing energy and can kick the shit out of a drumkit.
His love for music is instantly noticeable, and he will rock you harder than a
hurricane.

7 Days 2 Perfection aka. 7D2P... was formed when high school buddies Chris Ning (Lead Vocals), Alan Kulka (Lead Guitar/Vocals), Jack Bedford (Guitar /Vocals) and Justin Martinko (Bass/Vocal) got together with one goal in mind... and that is to create and play great music. With Tony Ning (Keys and Trumpet) leading the way with his co-songwriting and co-production skills and Jeremy Kleynhans joining them on power Drums.... 7 Days 2 Perfection is destined for greatness.

Winner of BEST ROCK ALBUM " Award from Toronto Exclusive Magazine
The band has been nominated for Best Metal award with Toronto Independent Music Awards and has been the only rock band invited to play at Castrol 2007 Drift Mania Canadian Championship at Downsview Park to an anticipated audience of over 20,000 people. They will perform co-incidentally on the same stage that Rolling Stones and AC/DC made famous when they had their concert in Toronto.

THE NAME
It seems that every time we start a project, we co-incidentally have a deadline
to have it finished in a week or in 7 days. The number implicates creation with
the 7 elements of music that are available to us: rhythm, melody, harmony, form,
tone/timbre, dynamics, texture. Although, perfection is elusive and often
difficult or even unattainable, it is always a good goal to reach for. Overall,
the name reflects creation and completion as close to perfection as possible.
FAQ: Why the roman numerals?
