THE AFTERHOURS SPOT with rooftop access got burned by the cops this past Monday night....COPS SHOWED UP AT 11:00 AND SHUTDOWN THEIR ST. PATTY'S DAY SHOW.
Needless to say we were HORRIFIED when we heard the news this morning and have been scrambling ALL DAY to find a LEGIT venue that we KNOW will NOT get shutdown.
So luckily the alternate stage at CRASH MANSION has become available to us for this FRIDAY, MARCH 21ST and we are moving the LMNO & KEV BROWN SELECTIVE HEARING ALBUM RELEASE to the CRASH MANSION (located at 1024 S. GRAND AVE LA CA 90015)
We hope to find a permanent home for Urban Underground asap, so if any of you know of a venue that has at least 350 Capacity, is 18 & up, and has a good sound system please let us know.
We have hit up every single club we could find in LA but have yet to find a legit spot that is conducive to our event. Majority of the clubs hate on Hip-Hop so it has been a struggle. Hopefully we can have the shows at Crash Mansion from now on but we will have to prove to them that Urban Underground is real dope and always brings good people, good music & good vibes.
