Christen Jalen Parker AKA “Lil Chris" was born in Memphis, Tn. on September 29th 2000. In December 2005 Christens’ talent was finally noticed, he then became a part of the RIPP RECORDS family. Lil Chris was a five year old with a head full of talent, which has EXPLODED”. Lil Chris had accomplished a lot to be only 5 years old such as; performing at Tower Records Jan. 2006, Plush Club in front of Bad Boy South Feb. 2006, BTW Talent Show in Feb., Golden Glide Skating Rink in Atlanta, Ga. which he brought 3000 people to see him on March 2006, The Complex Place March 2006, Fox 13 News March 11th 2006, North Shelby Times Newspaper March 15 2006, Fox 13 News again March 20 2006, New Olivet Baptist Church on Knight Arnold Rd. April 2006, Frayser High Talent Show April 2006, Millington Civic Center April 2006, Millington Newspaper March 29,2006 (front page). As you can se he is a busy fellow! He has a whole list of shows that’s due in the near future. Lil Chris does about 70 shows a year! Check out his album entitled “Kindergarten Kid” that was released on June 13, 2006. Even though he is 8 years old now, he is still performing as usual and has a Mixtape CD that was released in January 2007. His next album entitled: "I Got Som Na Prove" has been released on September 9 of 2008. He recently appeared in The Nation Wide Street Masters Magazine in this month of December 2006. Lil Chris is now working with Young Juve from So So Def as a producer and also tracks will be coming from others like Drummer Boy who produces tracks from a number of people like Plies, Young Jeezy, etc. Right now Lil Chris is getting spins from Holly Springs radio station 92.7 FM. 105.3 Arkansas, 104.9 Grenada, WBAD 94.3 in Greenville, Ms. 106.3 Greenwood, also 106 Island in Panama City, Fl.
