Patrícia Prata is an amazing talented triple threat actress originally from Rio de Janeiro /Brazil.
At the age of 7 years old in Rio / Brazil started her first dance class with the Russian Ballet instructor Tatiana Leskowa ( Copacabana ), but her debut as a young child actress was at a theater playing the role of " Maria Minhoca" on stage of her school " Anglo Americano" in Rio and have being acting, singing and dancing since than. Helped to introduce the hip hop movement in Rio as one of the first female MC in Rio de Janeiro / Brazil ( MC Patricia ). She has being performing with amazing artists,actors and directors such as Wolf Maya, Sérgio Nedal , Jonas Bloch, Moacir Góes, Gaspar Filho, Herval Rossano, Monsier Limar, Gabriel Pensador, Racionais MCs, Osvaldo Montenegro ( Lead/ Video Clip Cigana ) and other pop artists.In 1992 changed her stage name to Patrícia Prata and tour with a band "Positive Soul", she won an award in Brazil as an alternative hip hop artist. Was also contracted by Rede Globo to create the hip hop choreography and also got a part into the assemble cast of a very famous soap opera "Malhação". Patrícia has being working with the best directors, choreographers and artists in Brazil and USA. Legends and amazing artists such as Nicolas Cage, Sônia Braga, Daniela Baroneza, Beto Simas, Carlinhos De Jesus and Flavio Collatrelo. In 1997 moved to USA, Lorton /Virginia later ..d to Dana Point / Orange County/ CA and finally come to stablish residence in Los Angeles . In the USA market also have done several shows, theater and TV appearances such as West Wing and Family Law. She appeared as a spoke model in National Commercials such as Eastwood Insurance , Cadillac and Vons Pavilions.
In Brazil she also did several commercials such as "O Rei dos Quadros", Sorvete Sem Nome, JB , Idma etc. Latelly Patrícia stablished her self as a well known reality TV personality and actress apearing in shows such as Er Untold Stories, Secretos, Buscando Amor, Blind Date, 12 Corazõnes just to mention few .
Patrícia is currently accepting proposal of Product Placement from potential Investors to finance the Freature Film projects she is working into. Just finished a film w/ director Peter Eaton " Sabotage" and just booked a national Commercial for Nestle NesQuick, soon to be released on TV and theaters all over USA.
