What do you get when you go to an 80's Enough show? A band that comes
as humanly possible at reproducing all the songs from the 80's that
you're cool to admit you love.
80's Enough uses NO sampling of any kind as so many bands today use.
So, on those "rare" (term used loosely) occasions that a note is
shanked or vocal line is a little flat, you can bet your booty that
it's all real! Come out to a show soon to see the REAL deal! 80's
Enough is "Totally Choice"!
Attention Please... Any and All gig listings for the band "Acoustic Stew" have been checked, and are up to date. Regretfully... the band "Acoustic Stew" has NO gigs for the upcomming week. Thank you, feel free to check back soon for our upcomming shows!
Great time at Bobby McGee's last night!!! Wish I had caught more than the last 30 minutes of your set, but what I heard was GREAT !! Gonna try to get up to Harrah's next weekend...
Finally got to see your band last night at queen of martyrs. I did not even know some of those songs can be played with instruments!! Had an AWSOME time!!!! Will def have to see you guys again!!!!!Thanks!!!
Hey Kurt! Remember me? This is RJ; the big ugly goofy looking drummer who came to you for guitar lessons at Rossi. Ringing a bell? You taught me how to play guitar, bro! Well, I;m the drummer for Scarlet Rising. I saw 80's Enough play a few months ago, but completely wussed on saying hi to you. You looked busy anyway. I'm saying hi now. Do you still teach? I'm still no good. :)
Ouch! Ray with a little smack talk! Bee stings aside, I hope that someday I'll be an accomplished enough artist to turn down a chance to do a song with the band... ;)
I am a bit disappointed in you guys. You effortlessly worked up a song like "Beat It" in memory of Michael Jackson. With such great 80's hits like "I've the Time of My Life", "Hungry Eyes", or my personal favorite "She's Like the Wind", where is Patrick Swayze's tribute? Shame...
Dee Dee and Kurt, thanks for the invite, but i am stuck here in Honolulu for awhile, too busy to get out to the windy city.....thanks again for the invite.....aloha Chuck
great time in Oak Lawn guys!!! for a while there it looked like the weather wasn't gonna let it happen!!! Glad ya hung in there!!! Some of the pics turned out a bit dark so after I photo shop em I'll send ya the better ones!!!
Yeeeeehaaaaww! I reckon that there Blister in the Sun just won't never sound the same ever again! Great gig y'all. I can still hear them chanting your name.
Well I guess you have a lot of time on your hands ,If you spent as much time on the guitar as you do myspace in a couple of years you might be ok . PS the drummer from Def Leppard said he would give you guitar lessons!!!!
Kurt, that would be nice, if don't make it to Chicago before we can hook up then. Been busy with Graduation and Reunion parties, hope all is great with you folks.....aloha Chuck
