Why not...

General
Reading, some writing (I'm an amateur at best though), PC Gaming (Specifically Eve, Supreme Commander, and the like) , Pencil and Paper Roleplay (Ie, D&D or Shadowrun preferably). I'm pretty boring really.
Music
The only album that really stands out as being able to listen to from front to back time and time again is Beethovens Last Night by the Transiberian Orchestra. My tastes are pretty varied, but I'm picky on a per song basis rather than an album.
Movies
Mostly animated stuff like Ice Age, Titan AE, and the like. Not a real big fan of sitting to watch a movie, just don't have the attention span for it.
Television
All the shows I like get canceled, so in order to lessen my inconvenience to others, I watch very little television.
Books
I love to read. Nothing this world has yet offered me is able to grab my attention and hold it like a good novel. List is far too extensive to list here, but some of the most recent are the Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb, the Tawny Man trilogy by Robin Hobb, Kushiel's Legacy by Jaqueline Carey, and Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson.
