About me: This is a work in progress that shall be completed...one day ;) But for starters, I just recently won my 5th National NPC overall title. Received IFBB Pro status in 1998. Was a Weider athlete in 2000/2001. I believe that good health is a vital component to acquiring a better quality of life. I've had the good fortune to travel quite extensively making guest appearances; appeared in many fitness magazines, and hopefully through this incredible journey I have made a positive impression on people to inspire them to belive in themselves and to 'Follow their Dreams." And to think, it all started when my freinds encouraged me to compete in bodybuilding, and after merely one show it "took off and it's still going."
