Influences
It doesn't influence directly but I suppose I draw influence from the stuff I listen to.
Listen to a lot of death/grind/gore-death/black/thrash metal such as: Aborted, CAttle Decapitation, Deicide, At The Gates, Anaal Nathrakh, 1349, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, Napalm Death, Nasum, Pig Destroyer, Vital Remains, Zyklon, Nile, Urgehal, Gorgoroth, Decapitated, UneXpect, Thy Primordial, Thus Defiled, Setherial, The Berzerker, The Haunted, Slayer, Kreator, Pantera, Six Feet Under, Ragnarok, Old Man's Child, Opeth, Obituary, Necrophagist, Morbid Angel, Lock up, Immortal so on so forth.
Also some softer stuff such as: My Ruin, Metallica, Mudvayne (LD.50 only;)), Dark Tranquility, White Zombie, Rob Zombie, UneXpect, Soulfly, Slipknot (first album).
And a lot of breakcore/jungle/dubstep type stuff: Venetian Snares, Enduser, Bong-Ra, Rotator, Aaron Spectre, Alec Empire, Drumcorps, Boxcutter, LFO Demon, Xanopticon, Cakebuilder, Dev Null, Exile, Hellfish, The DJ Producer, Igor, and so on.
Sounds Like
I haven't put many of my decent tracks onto myspace. These are the random remixes and the worse of my current tracks. The better will be up when I have finished them. Sounds like heavy noise, gabba, mashup, electronic postmortal pain eveloped into a tiny little memory based file. I don't know what it sounds like...nonsense I suppose.
Born in '85. Come from the middle of nowhere. Sleep very little. Very little. Studying Psychosocial Science in Norwich - the land of the inbred farmer turned scally. In a collective called HARMITAGE SHANKS see us @ http://www.myspace.com/harmitageshanks or www.harmitageshanks.co.uk
Includes a lot of varied music, dubstep/grime/breakcore...all of which is defeinitely worth checking out(even if I say so myself). Believe in having it hard and heavy. I am also part of a group called THE CORPORATION OF DEAD ARISTOCRATS which is a fusion of grindcore/death metal guitar work and breakcore/gabbery production. CODA is myself producing and arranging durms synth and what not and my mate Dave playing the guitars, we only just started really, so there isnt much refined work. However we are working on some insanely brutal stuff. Can check out the earlier efforts here: http://www.myspace.com/thecorporationofdeadaristocrats
I also produce ambience(of sorts) under the pseudonym of CITYIZENS OF (HUSH (named after an E.E. Cummings poem...pretentious I know); distorted orchestral music involving cello, piano, violin and more with which I sample a single note and try to create a mini distorted symphony. Although it's becoming a lot more breakcore influenced. http://www.myspace.com/citizensofhush
My general nonsense (NOTWITHSTANDING(NPV) incorporates a lot of metal, and is still under fine tuning and arranging. Tend to write around 4 songs at a time and constantly switch between them. So they take a while to get sorted, also means a lot of them NEVER get finished. Working on it Anna. Have a lot of dutty tracks on the way. General nasty breakcore; punk remixes; grind/gore/death metal remixes. Like experimenting with everything, hate being held down to one specific load of... stuff. Am writing this at 3 am with around 30 mins of decent sleep. so i apologise for sounding like a complete prick.

Wooohaaaaa!!! Braindrop is throwing its very first boat party on Saturday 6 June.
The vessel is specially equipped to hold large groups of people (and all the extra bass bins we can squeeze on). Her name is The Dutch Master and she be a mighty fine boat too!
It's going to be ridiculously fun rinse up. However, if you think you can get away with being remotely serious and/or cool at this party - ye be mistaken. The Braindrop Boat Rave is fancy dress: Pirate's from the 80's. Arrgh...better get thinkin what ye gonna wear.
