Musically intuitive from the start, his study of Music Education at the U. of N. Colorado further introduced this co-founding member to percussion ensembles, jazz bands, choral/vocal groups, and full-scale operas. His impressive 100,000 track digital jukebox is exactly what you get when a true musicologist practices music retail therapy. When not absorbing new music, his natural eloquence and instinct for instruction draw international interest in Trist as a respected voice in music education. .. ......Marco Cassone....-.. Visionary as a co-founding member, Marco works as internal entrepreneur to help turn m-pact’s musical inspiration into reality. He graduated from the U. of Washington in Vocal Performance and Music Psychology, a dual degree which continues to bring thoughtful wisdom to Marco’s commitment to empowering others. Beyond music, his interests include business, philosophy, photography, travel, physical therapy, writing, and world religions, true testimony to Marco’s seemingly unmitigated I.Q. and apparently unmedicated A.D.D. .. ......Jeff Smith....-.. Homegrown in America’s Heartland, Jeff brings humility and humanity to m-pact. After this Kansas native studied Music Therapy and Education at KU with an emphasis in voice and bassoon, he founded and directed the critically-acclaimed a cappella group, “measureXmeasure”. Boasting an arsenal of talent and never afraid to steal the show, Jeff is known as "The Human Drum Machine” by m-pact fans around the world. Jeff brings a friendly, father-figure role to both m-pact and to his bouncing baby son, Noah (from whom Jeff learns all his beatbox secrets). ....Fletcher Sheridan....-.. It’s hard to say which aspect is most endearing to fellow m-pacters about Fletcher – his bright, chirpy personality, his incessant singing to himself, or his perfect pitch. Woodshedding his musical skills in the LA session scene since the age of 16, Fletcher has amassed a wide spectrum of musical experiences that he brings to m-pact. From overtone singing to wailing scat solos to French chamber music, Fletcher thrives on versatility and pushing the envelope. All endearment and experience aside, Fletcher’s smiling eyes when singing always leave the world a happier place. ....Jarrett Johson....-.. According to his mother, Jarrett was able to sing long before he was able to speak. He discovered his passion for singing in his children's church choir and continued following his aspirations to make music through college. His freshman year he joined the vocal group Chapter 6 and spent over a decade performing with them. Now a Southern California resident, Jarrett is pursuing a career in songwriting and music production. His growing resumé includes collaborations with Quincy Jones, Michael Bublé, Naturally 7 and numerous up and coming artists. Possessing a dual affinity for the recording studio and the weight room, Jarrett's smooth, soulful voice - and bulging biceps - are sure to be an immediate hit with m-pact fans everywhere. ....Morten Kier....-.. Raised in the land of the vikings, Denmark, and as the son of a vikar, Morten adds both power and understated European elegance to the m-pact blend. While studying voice at the Royal Academy of Music, Morten joined Basix - a vocal group that was soon to climb the Danish charts after participating in the pre-competition of the Eurovison Song Contest (wearing plush ties and reptilian belts, that is!). Later, he toured in both living rooms and on large stages with his soulful solo project, his funky hymn band, and as a member of the legendary Vocal Line. Since July 2010, Morten has been living in LA, writing new songs and crooning his way into Hollywood hearts.
