I grew up in Nevada City, CA. It's a small town filled with music, art, and rivers to swim in. I love to play around with the combination of guitar, banjo, bass, piano, vibes, clarinet, autoharp, accordian, moog, and, of course, singing. I have also dabbled in a variety of different types of music, including rock, punk, electronic, ragtime, spirituals, blues and folk. . Former bands that I have been involved in that eventually imploded (for good reason and some for not so good reason) include Runners and Pisces Knife, Shu Fly, Amanda Noah, Paper City and Sleep 88.
During all of these projects, I have continued to experiment with, yield and record my own music. I hope to continue building steam and momentum until I run out of water.
