Partners for 8 years, Bill and David believed that Worcester was lacking a true store front Bistro, so common in other cities. After leasing a gutted space, David and Bill began the process of creating 86 Winter American Bistro.

As head Chef, David has developed a simple comfort food menu and is always creating fun, inventive specials using the highest quality, freshest products available. Bill's front of the house presence creates a warm friendly environment
