God doesnt offer us a smooth ride,just a soft parachute-landing fall in the end...whatever it is,He's always in control..The decision to become a soldier is an easy one, it just takes work,guts and an iron will not to quit. But the decision to follow Jesus Christ takes personal commitment, the faith of a child, and steadfastness against the slings and arrows of those who are frightened of such a decision. All you have to do,is put aside your pride and ask Him in.. Best battlefield decision i ever made, Never regreted it.Its not a big car,a best-selling book, a New age hogwash or a chest full of medals. God will judge us all according to our works,and our decision to follow Him. No one is prefect,neither am i,once i was saved, i didnt stop sinning. My sins, God knows, are many, but i know i have been forgiven. Can you then expect salvation from the Creator without first asking for forgiveness? As for me,i want Him to look me in the eye and then extend His pieced hands in welcome, knowing i did well... To be cast into hell with no recourse is eternity's ultimate life sentence...
